Standard delivery is FREE for orders totalling R450 or more if within Johannesburg metropolitan and surrounding areas. You can view all our delivery options below to find out how much it costs and how long each option takes. Weight is calculated on true weight or volumetric weight whichever one is the most. Volumetric weight usually applies to bulky or large items.
Donations and Delivery
Delivery option “Donate and Deliver to CAAA (Capetonians Against Animal Abuse)” – When selecting this option at checkout, the order will be delivered to CAAA’s Head Office in Edgemead and will override the shipping address on your profile. Orders donated to CAAA will not attract a delivery fee, no matter the value of the order.

PetGeez Deliveries and Shipping Policy and Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the ordering, sale and delivery of Goods, and include the use of the PetGeez Website and is binding and enforceable against every person accessing, using or registering our Website (‘user’, ‘you’, ‘your’ or ‘registered user’), including by clicking on the “Register Now” button on the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, agreed and bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Our shop online gives access to an extensive range of pet-related products, food, toys and supplies, and more (“Goods”), therefore PetGeez allow third-party suppliers to list and sell their goods on our Website. (‘Third Party Vendor’). Certain Terms and Conditions will only apply to purchases from Third Party Vendors, and some apply specifically to PetGeez. This will be made clear in the relevant clause.
PetGeez Terms and Conditions apply to users who are consumers as stipulated in the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (the “CPA”) and may limit the risk, liability or even indemnify PetGeez or any third party by the user and/or may create risk or liability for the user and/or serves as an acknowledgement, by the user, of a fact.

All deliveries are between Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm and Products that are in stock are shipped the same day but we try your best to ship as soon as possible, however, it can take up to 5 working days for delivery. Expect a longer delivery period if outside metropolitan areas within South Africa.
Some item’s sizes might fall outside the standard scope of standard courier rates. This will be communicated to you and an additional cost might apply to the delivery cost. In this case, you have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund or make payment of the outstanding total for delivery.
Poorly Services Areas
Some areas are very poorly serviced by couriers who charge additional charges to service those areas through special deliveries. You will be notified in the case where an additional fee might be needed for delivery. In this case, you have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund or make payment of the outstanding total for delivery.
International shipping will be on request only and might incur additional costs as well as specific criteria not stipulated in the document. In this case, you have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund or make payment of the outstanding total for delivery.
Orders exceeding 30kg in weight or high per item volume will be handled separately and might incur additional costs.
Any person other than yourself who receives the products at the delivery address is presumed to be authorised to accept delivery and sign on the customer’s behalf.
If the courier has attempted to deliver the parcel and has been unable to do so due to any fault on the client’s side re-delivery fee of R200 will be charged.
